Returns/Exchanges
In the event you receive an item that does not fit, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible. We will be happy to exchange the product for another size according to availability. In the event we cannot provide another size, you will be offered a refund to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued once the returned item has been received by the store owner. Due to limitations, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping label to return the item, and the store owner will pay the shipping for the new item. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, or undergarments at this time. Please make sure you are selecting the correct size at checkout. 

 

Product Defects
If you believe you have received a defected or damaged product, please reach out to us via email no more than 3 business days after receiving your order. Please provide clear photos and description of the defect in order to receive a refund. Refunds will only be issued after the defective product is returned to the shop owner in the same condition it was received.

 

Lost Packages
Packages will be shipped via USPS in most cases. After packages have been shipped, they are in care and control of USPS. Therefore, USPS is solely responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Insurance will be available for purchase at checkout in the form of Route Package Protection. In the event of a lost or stolen item, please file claims directly with Route or the post office. Purgatory Couture will not be held liable for lost or stolen items if you did not purchase Route Package Protection at checkout. If you would like to add Route to your order, please reach out to us via email. 

 

Preorders
In the instance of handmade preorders, the TAT (Turn Around Time) will be listed in the product description. If your order has surpassed the projected TAT, please reach out via email.

 

Turn Around Time (TAT)
Updated TAT for non-preorders will be located at the top of the home page. TAT does not include holidays or weekends.
